The Associate Director, Procurement role is onsite in East Syracuse, NY. The stated annual pay range is $128,000–$179,000, with an 18% target bonus. The role leads sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, and contract negotiations to support supply continuity, quality, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. It partners across business functions and manages a procurement team to support the company’s cGMP manufacturing operations and growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies
• manage strategic supplier relationships and procurement operations for direct materials, indirect goods, services, and capital expenditures
• lead competitive bidding, supplier evaluations, and negotiations
• partner with Legal on supplier agreements
• establish supplier performance metrics and qualification processes
• identify supply risks and contingency plans
• drive process improvements and data-informed decisions
• support capital projects, site expansion, technology transfers, and commercialization
• manage category spend and savings targets
• set departmental goals and lead, mentor, and manage procurement professionals.
