Compensation is $3 per hour. The Store Supervisor role is an onsite position located in WILKES BARRE, PA. , though an additional $3.00/hr is provided for shifts between 10pm-6am and all weekend hours; Sheetz, Inc is a growing company focused on providing high-quality food and convenience services to its customers. This role exists to provide leadership and mentorship to store team members while ensuring operational excellence. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing store inventory, and fostering a positive team environment to drive company performance.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers with top-tier service
• prepare quality food and beverages to specifications
• mentor and coach team members
• manage product ordering, merchandising, and rotation
• maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
