Fitness Coach – Orangetheory

The Fitness Coach – Orangetheory role is onsite in East Lansing, MI. Pay is $25–$70 per hour. The coach reports to the Head Coach or Studio Sales & Fitness Manager and leads group workouts for members. The coach delivers structured exercise instruction and creates an inclusive, high-energy class experience. By building member relationships, supporting accountability, and helping members engage consistently, the role contributes to member experience and retention.

What you'll do

• Coach 8–12 classes per week
• lead workouts for up to 24 or more members per class
• provide exercise instruction, demonstrations, and equipment safety guidance
• build member relationships
• participate in meetings, events, and workshops
• maintain a clean and safe studio
• support tours, introductions, and new-member onboarding
• review workout templates before class.
