What you'll do

• Respond to online leads, website inquiries, emails, and social media messages
• answer customer calls and provide product information
• convert inquiries into sales opportunities with accurate pricing, availability, and product details
• update customer records and lead status in the CRM
• schedule appointments, inventory viewings, and pickups
• maintain online listings for trailers, parts, and accessories
• verify stock and product availability
• capture and upload inventory photos and videos
• prepare quotes, sales orders, and customer documents
• conduct virtual product walkthroughs and demonstrations when needed
• collaborate with store leadership on lead activity, conversion, and customer feedback
• support retail operations.
