What you'll do

• Hire, coach, develop, and lead Account Managers
• build technical expertise in cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications
• lead sales campaigns and pursue recurring business
• implement service plans, value generation plans, and business reviews
• meet revenue, margin, pricing, profitability, and retention targets
• maintain sales funnels and growth plans
• ensure compliance with EHS policies.
