What you'll do

• review staffing at shift change and assign or replace staff to meet patient care needs
• complete patient care rounds
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges and ensure documentation
• assist with orientation of evening and night shift employees
• supervise and evaluate evening and night shift employees.
