The Swim Instructor role is onsite in Alexandria, VA. Compensation is $14–$18 per hour. SafeSplash’s mission is to help children and adults build confidence, safety, and joy through swimming. The instructor teaches swimmers of different ages and skill levels using the SafeSplash curriculum. The role supports student progress and confidence while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment and communicating with families.

What you'll do

• Teach swim lessons following the SafeSplash curriculum
• work with swimmers from beginner to advanced levels
• provide feedback to support improvement and confidence
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• communicate student progress to families
• maintain required CPR, AED, First Aid, and lifeguard certifications.
