HVAC Service Technician

Job overview

The HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with compensation of $18–$28 per hour. Most work takes place at occupied residential homes and/or construction sites, with limited time in an office. Airtron provides residential heating, cooling, and HVAC services. The technician maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots residential heating and air-conditioning systems to keep equipment operating properly. The role also supports customer service through clear explanations of work, coordination with dispatch, and accurate service documentation.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair heating and air equipment
• inspect and maintain ducting and company materials and equipment
• identify, wire, and start up residential systems
• troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• may perform system start-ups and testing and record results
• inspect systems and communicate outstanding concerns
• explain service and repairs to dispatch or customers
• coordinate daily schedules and parts
• transport tools and materials
• complete required paperwork
• maintain the company vehicle
• follow safety policies and company standards.

Why this role
