Resident Care Nurse Coordinator

The Resident Care Nurse Coordinator role is onsite in Bryan, TX; pay is $29 per hour. The position supports the Resident Care department at Parc Communities, an upscale senior-living provider offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The listed schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The coordinator provides clinical and operational support to promote resident-centered care, safety, dignity, and continuity. The role coordinates staffing, medication processes, documentation, caregiver development, and regulatory readiness while supporting residents and families.

What you'll do

• Coordinate staffing schedules
• provide day-to-day direction and coaching to resident care associates
• support resident assessments, incident follow-up, physician communication, and service plans
• support regulatory compliance
• oversee medication administration practices and eMAR orders
• audit ADL documentation
• reconcile medication deliveries
• assist with admissions and resident care
• train and mentor caregivers.
