The role builds scalable project systems, leads multi-level teams, manages portfolio financial results and client relationships, and oversees safety, quality, and risk practices across geographically dispersed projects.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of national construction programs across markets
• manage refresh, rollout, renovation, and multi-site projects
• ensure safe, timely, on-budget execution
• design operating systems for project intake through billing
• establish standards and performance metrics
• monitor throughput, cycle time, backlog, closeout, and billing readiness
• develop subcontractor and field-leadership capacity
• identify and mitigate risks
• own portfolio P&L, forecasting, margin, cash flow, and financial reporting
• lead and develop project leaders
• maintain strategic client relationships and account plans
• support business growth, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
