Partners with local business unit leader (General Manager/GM) to develop and execute comprehensive Human Resource program, including talent sourcing, recruiting, development and deployment. Supports GM to identify talent and staffing needs. Provide direct support for the administrative portion of the safety system. Key Responsibilities.
