What you'll do

• Assess consumer skills and job readiness
• develop vocational profiles and individual employment goal plans
• meet with consumers and potential employers
• conduct work assessments
• provide training in interviewing, resumes, applications, grooming, and hygiene
• act as liaison between employers and consumers
• coordinate with vocational rehabilitation and benefits counselors
• maintain documentation, reports, billing information, and networking contacts
• collaborate with consumers’ treatment teams.
