CDL Driver (Full-Time)

Compensation is $25–$28 per year. The CDL Driver is an onsite role based in East Brunswick, NJ. , ranging from $25 to $28 USD per hour, and this position supports the distribution operations of UMI / Opustone. This role is responsible for the safe operation of heavy-load vehicles, including pre-trip inspections, loading and securing materials, and managing delivery paperwork. The driver ensures timely and accurate delivery of products to commercial and residential customers while maintaining vehicle equipment in good condition.

What you'll do

• Safely operate a heavy-load truck.
• Ensure all material is properly secured at the beginning of the shift and continuously monitor after each delivery.
• Ensure that all customer supporting paperwork is completed and returned at the end of each shift.
• Collect, document, and properly secure money received to ensure alignment with customer paperwork.
• Report any issues or incidents related to material damage or customer matters to dispatch.
• Perform the daily truck inspection, pre- and post-trip (DVIR).
• Seek advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor.
• Perform and document inspections to ensure truck and equipment are kept in good condition.
