What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions
• partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and workforce planning
• develop recruiting strategies
• source and screen candidates
• conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations
• coordinate interviews, communications, and offers
• manage job postings, applicant tracking, and pre-employment activities
• maintain candidate pipelines
• represent the organization at job fairs and community events
• coordinate onboarding and orientation
• support HR administration and compliance
• recommend process improvements and assist with HR projects.
