Description
Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses and needs. Formulates nutrition assessments and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Recommends and documents nutrition treatment findings in the patient's medical record. Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings.
