Operations Manager — Distribution Center

What you'll do

• Direct receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• prioritize workloads and allocate labor
• remove operational roadblocks
• promote safety and compliance
• partner with Safety and Human Resources on incidents and corrective actions
• monitor performance indicators, productivity, service levels, and quality
• use data and root-cause analysis to identify improvements
• lead workflow, space utilization, automation, and process improvement projects
• coach supervisors
• partner with Human Resources on recruiting, development, performance, and retention
• collaborate across transportation, inventory control, purchasing, sales, customer service, and HR
• support planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
