Senior Underwriter

What you'll do

• Review borrower conditions and loan applications against internal, agency, investor, and regulatory guidelines
• analyze credit, income, assets, and appraisals
• identify risk and potential misrepresentation
• organize and classify documents
• clear loan conditions and ensure complete packages before closing
• use underwriting and fraud-prevention tools
• rework loans to new terms and identify additional conditions as needed
• resolve customer questions and advise management on underwriting issues and improvements.
