What you'll do

• Lead and support First Impressions during weekend services and special events
• oversee campus operations, preparation, volunteer coverage, and follow-through
• recruit, train, schedule, develop, and appreciate volunteers
• develop volunteer leaders
• communicate vision and expectations
• support volunteer spiritual development
• provide weekly reports and use feedback to improve guest and volunteer experiences
• maintain scheduling, communication, reporting, and administrative systems
• support church-space safety and appearance
• partner with the Campus Pastor on events, outreach, and ministry priorities.
