Cook and Utility Server

Cooks prepare and plate meals while utility workers and servers maintain buffet and dining areas, serve guests, and assist with kitchen tasks. Together, these duties support timely meal service, food safety, and a clean, welcoming environment.

What you'll do

• Cooks prepare, cook, portion, and plate meals to recipes and dietary requirements
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• maintain food quality and sanitation
• clean work areas
• assist with food production and buffet replenishment. Utility workers and servers set up and replenish buffets, serve meals, assist with basic preparation, bus tables, wash dishes, organize supplies, and provide courteous service.
