The manager leads enterprise accounts receivable and cost-reporting operations, turning financial and reimbursement data into forecasts, reporting, and process improvements. The role also develops staff and strengthens reimbursement accuracy, compliance, cash flow, and revenue-cycle performance.

What you'll do

• Lead accounts receivable and cost-reporting functions
• monitor aging, denials, collections, payer performance, and reimbursement metrics
• coordinate and review Medicare, Medicaid, and governmental cost reports
• develop dashboards, scorecards, models, and business intelligence reporting
• analyze reimbursement and collection opportunities
• partner with finance and operational stakeholders
• develop forecasts
• maintain internal controls
• prepare executive and board-level reports
• lead process improvements
• mentor team members.
