The captain leads service for an assigned section and helps maintain the pace, coordination, and professionalism of the dining room. The role guides guests through the menu and experience, supports guest recovery, collaborates with kitchen and management, and mentors junior team members.

What you'll do

• Lead service for an assigned section from welcome to farewell
• guide guests through the menu, pacing, and dining experience
• manage timing, table needs, and room awareness
• collaborate with kitchen, management, and service staff
• support guest recovery professionally and discreetly
• mentor junior team members
• participate in training and pre-service preparation
• help maintain a polished, warm, controlled environment.
