Call Center Member Service Representative

What you'll do

• Serve members by phone and written or digital correspondence
• answer calls and resolve routine account questions and complaints
• assist with memberships, add-on accounts, and credit cards
• follow identity verification procedures
• cross-sell products and services
• process teller transactions and account maintenance
• troubleshoot online banking and e-services
• assist with trust, POA, HSA, IRA, and estate accounts
• provide ITM coverage as needed, including a regular Saturday rotation.
