PRN Life Enrichment Coordinator

Job overview

The PRN Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in Louisville, KY, for $17 per hour. Cedarhurst Senior Living focuses on enriching residents’ lives through care and personalized services. Reporting to the Life Enrichment Director, the coordinator helps plan and lead activities, events, and experiences that support residents’ social engagement, physical and cognitive stimulation, creativity, and emotional well-being. The role also helps ensure programs reflect residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and leading activities, holiday celebrations, and special events
• introduce residents and families to life enrichment programs
• help coordinate holiday decorations
• assist with Life Stories and resident assessments
• record attendance and family messages in the electronic platform
• attend monthly virtual education meetings
• drive the community bus for outings and appointments as needed
• support communication with residents’ families about resident well-being.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required; must have or be able to obtain a license to drive the community bus within 30 days. CPR or BLS certification preferred. The role may require lifting up to 50 pounds independently and up to 200 pounds with assistance.
