What you'll do

• Prepare food according to menus and recipes
• assist with meal service and dining-area upkeep
• wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining spaces
• follow sanitation and food safety practices and use required PPE
• oversee food requisitions, inventory, and rotation when the Culinary Coordinator is absent
• assist and oversee Culinary/Resident Assistants in food preparation and dining tasks
• report unsafe conditions, complete work orders, and respond to alarms or emergencies
• participate in staff in-services, meetings, and safety committees
• maintain confidentiality and complete incident reports as needed.
