What you'll do

• Coordinate with architects and engineers on plans and specifications
• lead project planning, execution, and delivery
• manage budgets, cost controls, forecasts, and schedules
• coordinate preconstruction, estimating, procurement, bidding, and awards
• administer prime contracts, GMPs, subcontracts, and vendor agreements
• lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
• monitor design, schedule, quality, and safety compliance
• manage risks, invoices, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications
• mentor assistant project managers and project engineers
• manage warranty calls.
