The Custodian role is an onsite, full-time, year-round position in Lehighton, PA. Pay is $16 per hour. Behavioral Health Associates provides an academic learning environment integrated with behavior support services for students with emotional and behavioral disorders. The custodian helps maintain a clean, safe, and functional school environment for students and staff. The work includes building and grounds care, event setup and cleanup, and responding to school personnel’s work requests.

What you'll do

• Clean assigned building areas and perform emergency cleanup as needed
• maintain and may repair custodial and grounds equipment
• care for grounds and athletic facilities
• set up and clean up after school events
• assist with community functions, cafeteria cleanup, supplies, and staff requests
• help maintain building security, including weekend and holiday checks, and perform snow removal or other emergency work when required.
