What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff
• follow site procedures and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeters
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• report unusual conditions
• document patrols, incidents, and observations.
