What you'll do

• Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud email operations, including sends, journeys, automations, segmentation, data hygiene, and deliverability
• administer integrations among email, CMS, analytics, and the core platform
• maintain security, privacy, and accessibility standards
• develop website changes and CMS content models
• build campaign segments, dynamic content, forms, and measurement
• apply AI to marketing operations
• evaluate and prototype in-house alternatives to parts of the stack.
