What you'll do

• Support development and maintenance of risk and compliance policies and processes
• maintain centralized legal, regulatory, and compliance records
• coordinate prequalification and consortium compliance with department contract administrators
• coordinate with outside counsel and gather information and documentation
• coordinate company responses to legal matters, subpoenas, and regulatory inquiries
• monitor legal and regulatory requirements
• partner across departments to identify risks and mitigation strategies
• obtain incident investigation materials
• review claims, incidents, and loss trends
• advise leaders on risk, claims, insurance, and compliance
• promote consistent processes and communication.
