What you'll do

• Log freight in ERP, inventory, and shipment-tracking systems
• prepare bills of lading and shipping orders
• operate forklifts to move materials
• inspect shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and specifications
• coordinate with procurement, project managers, suppliers, and field superintendents
• stage materials and tools for dispatch
• prepare outgoing shipments and shipping documents
• conduct cycle counts
• organize storage and laydown areas
• track inventory discrepancies and damage.
