What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• answer questions and promote products, promotions, trade-ins, reservations, and loyalty benefits
• process purchases and returns
• maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised store
• complete omnichannel orders
• control inventory and support loss prevention
• conduct inventory counts and restock merchandise
• support sales, profit, and shrink goals
• reconcile transactions and complete closeout paperwork and deposits
• supervise and delegate to sales associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures and company policies.
