Boiler Technician — Food Manufacturing Facility

The Boiler Technician role is onsite in Beacon, NY. Pay is $34–$38 per hour. The technician joins the maintenance team at a food manufacturing facility, supporting production operations. The role keeps boiler and steam systems operating safely and efficiently so production has an uninterrupted steam supply. It combines preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, recordkeeping, and compliance with food-safety practices.

What you'll do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and steam systems
• inspect and repair boilers, pumps, valves, and piping
• troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• monitor pressure, temperature, and fuel use
• maintain water treatment and chemical levels
• respond to alarms and malfunctions
• maintain records
• support system installation and upgrades
• follow GMP and food-safety standards.
