What you'll do

• Assistant Managers enforce policies and standards, schedule mechanics’ and technicians’ work, manage outside orders, and help ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to quality expectations.
• Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and repair recommendations, direct technician workflow, stage repair and maintenance work, communicate with customers, and support sales initiatives.
