What you'll do

• Answer the crisis line and screen potential participants for admission
• support participant and shelter safety and confidentiality
• provide basic needs with dignity
• prepare and serve CACFP meals and record meal counts
• provide resource information and referrals
• assist with intakes, activities, and groups
• coordinate with other agencies
• document participant progress in meetings and shift notes
• attend staff meetings and training
• maintain program forms and assist with reports. The role may include driving an agency vehicle.
