What you'll do

• Enter and process Canadian and carrier invoices and payments
• set up new carriers and run weekly payments
• enter fuel coding, fuel invoices, and manual payments
• process rent and recurring vendor payments
• prepare a daily virtual card report
• maintain the credit-card reconciliation spreadsheet
• review vendor statements and accounts payable aging
• support general accounts payable
• assist with the annual audit
• provide filing and administrative support.
