Job overview

The Team Member role is onsite in Flower Mound, TX; compensation is $16 per hour. The position supports CAVA’s restaurant team in creating guest experiences and preparing quality food. The team member welcomes and educates guests, assembles orders, prepares food, and maintains clean, organized restaurant areas. Cross-training across the restaurant helps the team support service needs and deliver consistent guest experiences.

What you'll do

• Educate guests about the menu and assemble orders
• keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized
• follow recipes and procedures
• follow safety and sanitation practices
• restock stations
• put deliveries away
• cross-train across restaurant roles
• perform additional assigned duties.
