What you'll do

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and personnel documentation
• assist with job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment records
• prepare new-hire forms and assist with ADP registration
• coordinate background checks and assist with I-9 and E-Verify processes as assigned
• maintain confidential personnel files
• track training completion
• assist with benefits documentation, leave records, attendance, and routine HR administration
• prepare HR forms, letters, and reports
• coordinate employee communications, training, and events
• provide bilingual English-Mandarin support.
