Aesthetician Training Specialist

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver training on skincare techniques, aesthetic treatments, product knowledge, and safety
• conduct demonstrations and workshops
• evaluate trainees and provide feedback
• update training materials for industry trends and regulatory standards
• create manuals, SOPs, assessments, and refresher programs
• reinforce infection control, sanitation, and client safety
• observe and coach aestheticians
• identify skill gaps and track training records
• train staff on consultations, communication, and customer service.
