Activities Assistant

The Activities Assistant role is onsite in Clinton, MD, with compensation of $18.50 per hour. This role supports daily recreational and social programming by helping plan and lead activities, encouraging participation, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. It contributes to participant engagement and helps the Activities Director coordinate events and outings.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing daily recreational and social activities
• engage participants in scheduled activities
• support the Activities Director with special events, outings, and holiday programs
• document attendance, progress, and engagement
• set up and break down activity spaces and materials
• communicate schedules and updates to staff, participants, and families.
