What you'll do

• Remove used plates and extra place settings
• prepare tables for the next service
• sanitize tables and surrounding areas
• reset place settings
• restock and maintain service stations and glass-washing areas
• empty trash and dirty-dish receptacles
• refill ice for the bar station.
