The Journeyman Plumber role is an onsite position based in Franklin, TN. , and this role supports the mechanical services department at Ascension Property Services (APS). This role exists to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The incumbent ensures all work meets safety and code requirements while delivering high-quality workmanship.

What you'll do

• Supervise and lead a team of plumbers on installation, repair, and service projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site activities.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior plumbers.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
