Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with managing the store and meeting company standards and goals. Plan, assign, and direct employee work
• support training, attendance, hiring, development, and performance reviews. Oversee product ordering and distribution with management and suppliers. Address customer and employee complaints, support department managers, verify received merchandise, and monitor labor and food costs, production, presentation, waste, and rotation. Maintain a clean, organized store and motivate associates toward sales, merchandising, and service goals.
