What you'll do

• Lead and develop flight attendants

• conduct fact-finding, grievance, and delay investigations
• hire and terminate flight attendants as needed

• conduct ramp checks and observation flights
• maintain employment files
• collaborate across departments to improve on-time performance and customer experience.
