What you'll do

• Assist the Teacher with care and education of children
• participate in observations, lesson planning, individualized activities, and IEP development
• take part in home visits, parent-teacher conferences, and team meetings
• maintain records and confidentiality
• support classroom operations and child-to-staff ratios
• provide classroom coverage when the Teacher or Lead Teacher is absent
• report suspected abuse or neglect as required by law.
