The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Monroe, NC, with compensation of $12–$18 per hour. The CNA provides hands-on resident care, supports daily living activities, monitors health, and works with the nursing team to promote residents’ well-being, dignity, and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, hydration, and hygiene
• measure and record vital signs
• observe and report changes in physical or mental condition
• provide medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under licensed staff supervision
• encourage resident engagement
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• respond to emergencies.
