What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement and set case strategy
• investigate liability, damages, and case value
• analyze medical records and other evidence
• draft and review demand packages and legal documents
• negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• advise clients on settlement offers
• keep clients informed
• collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, lien negotiators, and attorneys.

Why this role

Active Illinois bar license in good standing required; five or more years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.
