• conduct discovery meetings
• present solutions and prepare proposals
• negotiate pricing, scope, terms, and timelines
• manage the sales cycle through close and implementation transition
• maintain CRM records, pipeline, and forecasts
• meet assigned sales goals
• coordinate with internal implementation, payroll, benefits, HR, compliance, operations, and service teams
• travel domestically for client and partner meetings, events, and training.
