Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney

The Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, five days per week in the Financial District. Compensation is $140,000–$200,000 per year. The boutique firm represents Bay Area property owners and landlords. The attorney manages multiple real estate disputes from intake through discovery, motions, and trial preparation. The role represents property-owner clients in court and administrative proceedings, develops legal arguments, and works directly with clients and opposing counsel to resolve matters.

What you'll do

• Handle landlord-tenant cases and matters involving land use, property rights, and commercial leasing disputes for landlord and property-owner clients
• manage matters from intake through discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation
• draft and argue pleadings, motions, and writs
• represent clients in state and federal courts and administrative hearings
• conduct legal research
• manage discovery
• communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• negotiate settlements and draft agreements.
