The role oversees club operations and maintenance during scheduled shifts, helping ensure members can use the facility, equipment, and amenities safely and in accordance with club policies. It also supports member service, emergency readiness, and coordination with engineering and housekeeping.

What you'll do

• Open and close the club
• enforce access policies
• provide fitness-floor coverage as needed
• understand emergency procedures and contacts
• complete incident reports
• process member photo IDs when necessary
• oversee equipment and amenity appearance and functionality
• address non-compliant issues with engineering and housekeeping
• handle member service issues
• conduct prospect tours as needed
• maintain knowledge of club policies, programs, and services
• remain available by in-person and radio contact
• maintain the operations policy and procedures binder.
