What you'll do

• Safely operate, inspect, clean, and perform operator-level maintenance on the plasma pipe profiling system
• read work orders, fabrication drawings, cut lists, and technical documents
• verify pipe specifications and quantities
• select and execute approved CNC cutting programs
• verify setup and parameters and make authorized adjustments
• handle and position pipe using approved equipment
• monitor machine operation and identify problems
• inspect finished components with measuring tools
• maintain material traceability and production, scrap, remnant, and material-use records
• follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area. High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of relevant equipment experience are required.
